Well, what can I say? Overall, I don't trust the media's filter on current events;especially racial.
I'm not surprised at the dialogue witnessed here on CNN (shouts out to Larry! He's hillarious), yet I won't go so far as to ask "who are the republicans?" in this particular situation. Nor would I label the fella who is always on FOX an Uncle Tom. I'd like to say he's simply FAR REMOVED from the "urban" communities of America (Minority & white) who experience unfair treatment everyday. For all I know He may have grown up with a silver spoon in his mouth or we might have another Clarence Thomas on our hands.
Your "Uncle Tom" is living in some other world, that has shown him that the POWER OF MONEY trumps that of ANY other scribed status, such as race. And believe it or not he may be right on some levels.
As of 2009, does race matter? HELL YEAH! As of 2009 can Money Trump Race HELL YEAH, in some instances.
HOLD UP, I can't prove my point in just a comment. DAMN, let me sum this shit up, I'm getting too deep. And I'm sure plenty mutha fuckas aren't on my side with this.
Therefore, in short, my overall point is, when it comes to who is Republican and who is a Democrat, it does NOT boil down to RACE. Political party affiliation boils down to a concoction of Class & Money.
Historically, African Americans have voted Democratic because....WAIT WAIT WAIT...I can't take it this deep. LoL!

Mr Elger gets may suspicious tone because he found a way to take this circumstance and bash Obama's campaign stances, when asked if he had ever been profiled racially he couldn't bring himself to say yes but refused to blatantly and say no.
Money does a lot in life but even the most POWERFUL AND RICHEST of us have been racial victims at one point or another. When asked if he had sympathy for Dr. Gates he couldn't say yes.
He just seems very out if touch with things.
