for starters i'm jealous you can do that thing with the balls! that sounds so dirty but blah. in high school one of my teachers always did it and of course mr. fishburne in menace to society so i've always wanted to perfect it but it just hasn't happened :[
ok back to the topic: i somewhat understand where you're coming from but ehh i feel like it's a bit of a double standard...BUT at the end of the day your preference is your preference!

Yeah I think its a double standard if you try to hold anything against a person that you can't hold yourself to.
P.S I think I can do that because I have big hands. ;)
I don't think it's a big deal or a huge sacrifice if you ask your woman not to curse around you or you prefer a woman who doesn't curse. I have my moments when I will get ignorant and spit out a few expletives.
I have/had a friend (downgraded to acquaintance) who is a Christian and I don't curse around him. I respect him enough to know that that's something he doesn't like for a man or a woman to do, so it's no problem for me not to do it. I'm fully aware of where I am and who I'm around before things leave my mouth.
So if it's something that offends my man, then it's something I will not do. I don't see what the huge deal about that is. It's cursing, it's not beneficial to anyone anyway. What does anyone stand to lose by cleaning up their language?

Thats may thing I is it as trying to grow and improve with my partner. To me if your relationship is serious you should be able to expect something from each other to improve together.
But at times I get reactions like that just ain't the case anymore.

Lol, it's not that literal. Reading poetry, watching films, cursing in itself doesn't bother me. It's more a matter of me dealing with people on a deeper relationship type level.
I have tons of friends that curse. It's just a personal preference within a relationship on how I'd hope my partner expresses herself.
