Ok, this is a quicc mini rant then it's on with my day.It's 2008 about to be 2009, so why the hell in this high advanced technological world do I have to wait 4-6 days to get my 2008 payment history mailed to me from a Gym? The problem is these damn customer services reps don't get trained properly or in an efficient manner so they don't know how to simplify there jobs.I mean really, merely having the most current adobe viewer would allow you to make a pdf of a screenshot and thus allow it to be emailed in a matter of moments or show some real creativity and print screen my request.That would result in 2 jpeg images at the most and then email it.In today's world I refuse to accept 1/2 ass service.If I know how you can better assist me then its YOUR job to know it as well.

being someone who has worked/works at a gym and has done customer service related things often times you are limited to what you can do in the system if you are talking to someone over the phone..you're best bet is to talk to a manager a the gym and ask them to just give you a print out..at least that's my experience lol..not justifying the inconvenience..just providing some additional information..
