Nothing Good Lasts in the Garden

Gotham....the Mecca....the center of the world. So many titles, so many grand wonders that attracts eyes from all over the globe. New York as it relates to sports just makes everything bigger, brighter and comes with far more scrutiny. The Yankees have titles to spare, the Rangers are 17 yrs removed from their last title but those of my generation remember it. Then we have the Knicks. Within my youth they cemented a rep of toughness, respect and pride. They fell short to the Jordan lead bulls and to Hakeem's Rockets but no one could charge the team with never leaving it all on the court.

The disrespectful trade that ushered in the end of the Ewing era has lead to a decade of embarrassment, poor management moves and the realization that no matter what sliver of hope we muster up, it is destined to be destroyed by the fool in charge of the company, James "Anti-Media" Dolan. He runs the Knicks like a part time hobby, more concerned with his twisted sense of loyalty that his lackeys should follow then acquiring the needed tools and assets that would generate success.

Ok, this is a quicc mini rant then it's on with my day.It's 2008 about to be 2009, so why the hell in this high advanced technological world do I have to wait 4-6 days to get my 2008 payment history mailed to me from a Gym? The problem is these damn customer services reps don't get trained properly or in an efficient manner so they don't know how to simplify there jobs.I mean really, merely having the most current adobe viewer would allow you to make a pdf of a screenshot and thus allow it to be emailed in a matter of moments or show some real creativity and print screen my request.That would result in 2 jpeg images at the most and then email it.In today's world I refuse to accept 1/2 ass service.If I know how you can better assist me then its YOUR job to know it as well.

Dammit....

You see, THIS is what I dislike most about Winter.I'm more prone to losing things.The extra layers of clothing cause me to not realize when stuff I'm supposed to have has fallen out of my pocCets.Case in spot, somehow between parking my car and walking inside this weekend I've lost my warm leather gloves and its 14 degrees outside today.SMH..........And now I've just realized that I ran out the crib without a watch or my bracelet.I'm real funny with that stuff.As minor as it is I feel almost naked now.......damn Mondays.
