iEAT


So I've been told my daily food intake is a bit much? What do you think?
  • 6:30am Breakfast#1 French or Waffles(Omelet sometimes) w/ Apple Juice
  • 9:30am Breakfast#2 Fruits & Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
  • 1pm Lunch Pasta, Sandwich or Mac & Cheese w/ Chicken
  • 3:30pm Afternoon energy snack or Protein Shake
  • 7:30pm Dinner Various (Rice, Chicken, Pasta, Potatoe, etc)
  • 10pm Late Night Protein Shake
 The times are approximations depending on whats going on. Also their is the gym that has to be inserted with in this break down. I'm 6'5 225-230lbs so is that really so much?

I'm no nutritionist, but for a big dude, that seems alright. I'd only think you need to eat more raw veggies and fruits.
