So I've been told my daily food intake is a bit much? What do you think?
- 6:30am Breakfast#1 French or Waffles(Omelet sometimes) w/ Apple Juice
- 9:30am Breakfast#2 Fruits & Bagel w/ Cream Cheese
- 1pm Lunch Pasta, Sandwich or Mac & Cheese w/ Chicken
- 3:30pm Afternoon energy snack or Protein Shake
- 7:30pm Dinner Various (Rice, Chicken, Pasta, Potatoe, etc)
- 10pm Late Night Protein Shake

I'm no nutritionist, but for a big dude, that seems alright. I'd only think you need to eat more raw veggies and fruits.
