Out Growing Hip Hop?????

.....well I wouldnt say all that, but there is a definate move away from the mainstream and an embracing of the root elements that first touched me as a kid.I'm doing some cleaning and threw out a pile of XXL and Source mags that covered the last 2 years.When I looked over them I saw that what was once stories of Nas and Big, Introspective looks at Snoop or Ice Cube.Or interviews with OutKast have been replaced with T-Pain,Piles,Ric Ross,Lil Wayne and Jim Jones.I think you understand where I'm coming from.
