
Apparently I'm getting sloppy or at least off course because I seem to have lost a little bit of muscle mass and I'm NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT! The goal its 225-230lbs, but I've been hovering around 215. I do admit that I haven't been on top of my diet as I should so I must return to counting my calories and protein intake as I was last summer.
I will reach my mark.

OMG. I was just about to do a fitness post. I'm a little apprehensive to post pics of my body on my blog, but I like the accountability that comes along with posting the pics. I don't really want to lose weight, but I gotta tighten it up. Be on the look out for my "get right" post. And BTW you look pretty good to me.
