As many till attempt to deal and adjust to the new post Super Storm Sandy reality of the Tri State area the New York Knicks after the rescheduling of their 1st game tipped off the season at MSG vs the defending champion Heat. From wire to wire the Knicks led as the Heat spent the majority of the game trailing by double digits.
Afterwards Jason Kidd was truthfully in his post game assessment. "One game doesnt define a team."
