April Review/May Projections

Alright its the start of another month so let recap April and set the goals for May.

Physically: After adjusting this new workout to a Tues/Thursday/Sat schedule, I've got things lined up pretty well.Around those 3 main weight lifting days are the 100 pushup challenge, P90X ab ripper, plyometrics, kenpo X and cardio. It sounds like a lot but I like keeping my self busy.My job has just started their fitness awareness month.Participation in this program their doing requires a minimum of 50,000 steps(or 25miles) of recorded distance.I'm aiming to be the top participant in my branch.Goal set, lets get it.

Financially: Canceled a phone line, Geico cut by $50, gas usage is cut down, bulk grocery shopping through Costco has very effective. Still over spent Amex by % $200.Planning to cut that Amex amount by about $250.

Mentally: Finished The Measure of a Man, review forthcoming. This month we go in with Tony Dungy's Bio, Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices, & Priorities of a Winning Life. In addition to that I need to look into registering for the 2nd half of of this H.R certificate.

Personally/Socially: Low key. Watching the NBA playoffs, a movie and hitting an occasional media function will be the extent of my "socializing" for the moment.

Baby steps. April saw a lot of improvements. It's still coming down to getting that money straight. It'll get where it needs to be. I'll make sure of that.
