It's been on the stands, on the radio, TV, internets, etc....so the question is.Is/has anybody put the 90 day theory of Mr Steve Harvey to actual use. Now that doesn't mean you met a guy don't give him any for a 2 weeks than y'all lose interest. I mean who has put a month+ into a new potential mate and are still working the 90 or have completed 90 days. I'm curious if it was just good talk when the book came out or if folk are applying it? No judgment, just curious.

Wellll....as you already know my gates are closed for maintenance right now (lol) but before then, if I was considering a relationship with a gentleman caller, I was on the 90 day wait. Alot of the stuff Steve Harvey put in that book I already knew and practiced (good for me lol)...but some portions were definitely insightful.
if you read my blog. ii threw the 90 day rule out the window. hahhahaha but i was in a compromising position. under normal circumstances. ii would like to do the 90 day rule. especially when ii get more serious about love and relationships. right now im really just having a lot of fun.
haven't met anyone new so can't say I've been able to apply the 90-day rule...but if i were to I'll be honest (gasp) and say that it will probably be a 60 day approx.hold on the goods. It's not that I'm a nympho, I can go for months without sex, but I would rather syke myself out, give myself a shorter time and see where that takes me...but thats just me and the crazy way my mind works.
I also think that a 2 or 3 month hold on the goods is beneficial in a relationship where you have already been intimate..thats the kind of hold I subjected myself to and it really strengthened the bond..when i thought it would do the opposite...ugh you convince me everytime u mention this book to buy it...Im going to buy it dammit!!!!!
@Epitome
LOL @ Maintenance. I hear that.
@Tori
I think the other point is that it's only effective in pursuit of a serious relationship.If your honest that your just doing ya thing then it doesn't really apply. I'm workng thru ya blog slowly I see how u get down.lol
@Goddess
It's better to be honest and aim for 60 then be in denial aiming for 90.Baby steps...
