Safety Zone


I've always felt that and understood from the beginning people are meant to be social.But I very much appreciate the comfort of solitude. Nothing but an area filled with you alone. It great decreases you ability to cause pain and trouble....intentionally or by circumstance.

I can be social if I want to be, but for the most part, I really enjoy being left alone. I so value my solitude. Nothing like laying there across the bed, alone music up high, thoughts running wild. Even when I'm around friends and family, as much as I love 'em there will be times wander off alone. They know me well enough not to take it personal.

For the most part I rather be left alone as well. I like being left alone to just sit and thoroughly analyze everything that is my life. To relax...to be left in complete silence!

Word. Our thoughts in solitude are powerful. I think people can confuse a love of the solitude with isolation, which to me are two completely different things. Isolation is negative and a form of self destruction as humans have a need for social interaction whereas solitude is positive and constructive, for example in solitude you can meditate and really wooosa...
