Joining Ra on this 12 track project are Faith Evans, Maino, and Freddie Gibbs to name a few. On the production side, Statik Selektah, Buckwild and Scram Jones are a few on the names hepling set the tone for you.

It's been a minute since I really went IN on the fitness tip. I'm a gym regular but its become clear that I needed something new. In comes Body Beast. From the good folk at Beach Body that gave us Insanity & P90X comes a system made specifically for putting on muscle and shredding fat. 90 days of attacking the gym begins. That will take me to the start of April, spring time. I'm ready to make a physical statement. This is be fun.
