Do We Really Know How To Handle What We Want?
Personally I don't think we do. We say we want things then don't act according when the opportunity to claim these things are presented to us. The person that chases the mighty dollar only to lose it just as quickly. The person seeking companionship yet doesn't do the things needed to maintain it.
Excuses usually follow......oooh well.

I Just Need Simplicity
As little as I ask for...As little as I really need...Life just has to be complicated....Not surprised at this but still it's taxing at times.
...but today at least gave me a sparkle from the tunnels end.
I'll be thankful and embrace that tonight.....

This is nice lil workout for those that like to have their significant other involved in their fitness program. Simple exercises here nothing crazy. I would do 3 sets vs the 2 suggested but that's up to you.
