If Your Going To Leave....

I really think that many people don't know how to react to positive energy from the opposite sex. I get this without fail and it always makes me stop and wander. I think at times if I'd rather have folk create their own internal reason to be mad at me thus severing ties, which has happened before, vs these somewhat ungrateful actions I get more often. Basically time and time again I've been the guy that gets peoples worries, their concerns, insecurities and confessions. I don't betray the trust and give straight forward real reason point to try and aid the situation presented to me. It usually leads to some type of improvement in matters but then as the clouds part and things seem better there's all of a sudden no time to maintain communications. It's very frustrating to get people's ills but not the thrills of life. It's really just about balancing vibes you know. Maybe I'm just off who knows. People seem to keep their good times real close to the chest but can't wait to unload the woes of life on others.

Maybe I'll learn one day.....*looks at Guardian tattoo*.......Maybe.....

Communicational Pet Peeve / Twitter Rage Face!!!!!

It didn't take long to have this classic pet peeve translate over to Twiiter. 

Nothing get's me like hittin' someone on BBM......seeing that D(delivered) turn to a R(read/received)........getting no timely reply.......but seeing the same folk posting up a storm on Twitter.

The Consistently Inconsistent or “Trigger Words”

It’s no secret that I am a man who is big on communication in its varying styles and forms. I feel that people say so much more about themselves then what the actual words they say and type mean. In addition to that we are also creatures of habit who act in patterns if given enough of an opportunity.

So what happens to me is that I have people that always seem intrigued and show interest in things I do. So when I present the opportunity to act on the interest they flake. The follow up never happens and the no action takes place. This happens to me a lot and I’m only fortunate that he occurs online versus me wasting time and physical energy to met and converse with a person. I’ve learned to handle this is a few ways.

1)It allows me to know who to take serious.

2)In avoiding the “talkers” I’ve come to figure the “trigger words” for many people.

“Trigger Words” are words or sayings that a specific person says that represents their level of commitment to an action. (This can be positive or negative)

Yes, believe it or not many of us give away our true intentions in our speech. So it’s knowing that even though he/she said they would call back the odds and past history say its not going to happen so have a plan B. It’s the person you ask for help that replies affirmatively but you know that you better ask someone else as well as back up. It happens so much it’s actually funny now. Especially when I reveal my lack of faith in a person and it’s the classic. “Nooo that’s not true.”

It’s true…it’s damned true.

Lou looking for an Office Seat?.......Damn

Truthfully I never hated Lou but in recent yrs his views have touched a few nerves with me. And it wasn't an unusual thing for me to wonder what he would do if in office.We may get to find out.

PHOENIX (Reuters) – A week after abruptly quitting his longtime job as a CNN television news host and commentator, Lou Dobbs said on Thursday he is considering career options including possible runs for the White House or U.S. Senate.

"Right now I feel exhilaration at the wide range of choices before me as to what I do next," Dobbs, whose outspoken views on immigration and other topics often angered liberals, told Reuters in a telephone interview from New York on Thursday.

Dobbs, 64, a veteran CNN anchor who had become one of the most divisive figures in U.S. broadcast journalism, announced last Wednesday he was leaving CNN after spending the better part of 30 years at the 24-hour cable news network.
