Funny Business Ramble

Folk really think the Internets are chopped up into lil manageable bits that let you go all out for attention in one respect but will shield you from off the wall attention. It doesn't work like that. If you deal in, market with and do business off the benefits of sex appeal you will ALWAYS get attention you do not like at some point. Is it right? Not at all but there has to a bit of common sense as to the make up the world we deal in.

If your marketing tool is T & A than no matter how you frame it, no matter what you try and do to weed out stupidity it will never fully work. Look for a strip club with a 100% success rate of patrons not getting too close to dancers. It doesn't exist. Similarly if your blessed with a certain full body type than I'm sorry but if you fault it for clicks and views you are going to deal with repeated questions you don't like. You can post a FAQ section that gives every measurement and inch that a person can ask and you will STILL get a person that refuses to read it.

The Internets are not always as smart as we'd wish them to be but folk have to be a lil bit more realistic with what they're doing. Be clear. This isn't about allowing disrespect but understanding fully the field that you're dealing in.

What's In Store Now?????

I can honestly say last week was one of the craziest, mixed bags of emotion I've ever dealt with. Nothing was simple.Everything had layers and multiple applications stress. Personal issues, business issues, BIG business issues. There were highs, lows and a ton WTF was that moments that I'm sure will pop up again.
I never in one short time span witnessed so much BITCHASSNESS in my life. The way of the cyber world, the measure of a man, the manner in which folk conduct themselves, at least online is very sickening at times. he "madness" in Nomadness was in full effect last week, but with that said, the balance was reset again and tipped in our favor with the info that was shared with me before my short Florida get away.

I have reason to be upset....perhaps even angry because there's a lot going on on a lot of levels that I dont like. Instead, I'll stop breathe and hold on to the mind frame that has served me well all year. Everything is putting itself in position for major change and success. No negativity will change that course.....

"Smile" The Weapon of the Oppressive??

This is a weird era we live in.....now a simple statement like "You look pretty when you smile.." sparks anti harassment convos? I get it's application in some cases but lets act rational for a moment and acknowledge there are genuinely nice people who aren't asking for any or trying to "control" you and are simply giving a compliment. Someone said that men dont walk down the street and compliment women on non physical attributes. Hmmmm, already but unless your wearing your degree how would I know what you are about? I dont condone calling random women "honey", "baby" etc.....but everything isn't harassment. I've been stepped to with compliments before or holla'd at in the street and no one mentions my degree either.

Hey you want to ice grill the world? That's your right 1000%. I'm just asking that you show the ability to separate a kind comment from a lewd come on. Lets not act like a smile is an evil thing. It's taught from childhood as part of positive body language. This generation is so black and white that many folk get needlessly attacked simply cuz others dont have a grey area.

Lets try to maintain sensible balance, lets not lose that and confuse different issues.
