After hearing all of this I feel a few things.

1. KG while having a great love for the game has been at the center of A LOT of bitch made moves and wannabe tough guy incidents so he is a lil suspect.
2. Charlie has a right to be mad, but running and telling on KG via Twitter makes him look like a digital crybaby and tattle-tail.You that mad then settle it on the floor one way or the other.
3. The media are so hypocritical because they use war terms, cancer comparisons and any number of over the statements to describe sports that many of them never played.
4. EVERYBODY NEEDS TO MAN UP AND STOP BEING SO SENSITIVE!!!

The Boston Celtics pounded the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday, and Charlie Villanueva posted messages on his Twitter account that indicate Kevin Garnett may have made it personal.

One of the tweets says: "KG called me a cancer patient, I'm pissed because, u know how many people died from cancer, and he's tossing it like it's a joke."
Garnett is known for his trash-talking on the court. Villanueva suffers from alopecia universalis, a medical condition that results in hair loss. The Detroit forward does not have hair on his head.
The Pistons confirmed that Villanueva posted the tweets but had no further comment.
Garnett called the incident "a major miscommunication."

Before the Celtics' win over the Bucks on Wednesday he released a statement.

"My comment to Charlie Villanueva was in fact 'You are cancerous to your team and our league,'" Garnett said. "I would never be insensitive to the brave struggle that cancer patients endure. I have lost loved ones to this deadly disease and have a family member currently undergoing treatment. I would never say anything that distasteful. The game of life is far bigger than the game of basketball."
After the game Garnett said: "I'm a passionate player. If you don't like the way I am ... I play this way the last 15, 16 years. I leave it on the court."
 
Villanueva had posted multiple tweets saying that Garnett's alleged comments hit home.

"I wouldn't even trip about that, but a cancer patient, I know way 2 many people who passed away from it, and I have a special place 4 those," the tweet reads.

BET Hip Hop awards took place this weekend in Atlanta(to be aired on 10/12) and apparently the spokesman for the 2010 "Stay in School" Campaign Waka Flocka's performacne of jumping in the crowd and shaking his dreads left much to be desired in the eyes of BET big wig Steven Hill. This lead to the now common place reaction..........*wait for it*......yes, a Twitter Rant. I'm not mad at Steven HI\ill's view but could not SHOULDN'T this have been handled internally?? It's one thing if a member of the audience did this but as a part of the BET company you don't air out a situation like this that could be easily dealt with without the public involvement.

After the National Finals Competition this past weekend in Atlanta wrapped, we got together to do our post-competition review and found a scoring discrepancy in the sorority results. After looking at it and looking at it AGAIN, we determined there isn’t a definitive resolution.

Sprite is all about preserving the honesty and integrity of this competition. Because the scoring discrepancy can’t be resolved and due to the really tight margin between the first and second place sorors, we feel that the only right thing to do is to name both Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Tau Chapter & Zeta Tau Alpha, Epsilon Chapter, co-first place winners of the Sprite Step Off.

With these revised results, we’re gonna increase Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Tau Chapter’s scholarship prize to $100K, consistent with what Zeta Tau Alpha also got for their first prize winnings.

They live in a $400,000 crib that's in HER name. I already see where this is goin'. My boy's gonna have to find another place to stay because his days are numbered there. Her and that jailbird niqqua didn't end on bad terms. He agreed that she could see other niqquaz and didn't have to wait on him. My niqqua was basically just a replacement til dude came home.

Wyclef's Team then sent out the following email in an attempt to discredit my friend.

But I was warned by my management that it was not a good idea and I am sad to say that I think that they were right. Wyclef.ning.com was never created by me. Therefore, the information that goes to the server gets collected by ning and the individual we trusted to collect emails. They have decided to use this against us because I chose not to respond after an outrageous proposal which they sent asking for a ridiculous amount of money that we are not willing to pay. We did respond back saying her proposal was so ridiculous that it was not negotiable. Then the individual emailed us back and said that they would take down the site and we would not have to worry about them again. But now they put me in a state of paranoia similar to what happened to Selena and John Lennon. I must take extra precaution because I will not be killed by a fan.

So therefore, in my opinion, this is purely a psychotic effort to destroy the warrior movement. I am not entitled to speak this individual. I will not speak to this individual ever again for one simple reason. Before speaking of me, the individual should have waited to have a conversation with me because as simple as I look, I am running an operation of over 1000 people working for me around the world. So all warriors that choose to say with me, you must understand. Working for me is gonna be very tough because like I said on the BET Awards, I was born in a hut, moved to the projects and now live in a mansion. So you have no excuse. There will be many obstacles and hurdles but to be great, you must strive for greatness so I will not let anyone down that respects the code and the code is simple - RESPECT.

So I say to all warriors, the person that we have trusted to collect these emails once again, is the same person that is sending you negative email blasts about us. So we will end on a positive note, we wish the individual the best of luck in their future endeavors.

Dallas police Chief David Kunkle faced reporters Thursday afternoon to express his embarrassment over the incident and to publicly apologize to the family. He said the officer involved failed to use common sense.

The Reverend Al Sharpton has condemned a cartoon in today’s New York Post (February 18), which features two policemen shooting a monkey and making a comment on the recently passed stimulus package.

The imagery, created by cartoonist Sean Delonas, features two police officers, one holding a smoking gun over a blood-spattered monkey that has been shot two times.

The caption above the cartoon reads: “They’ll have to find someone else to write the next stimulus bill.”
