It's been on the stands, on the radio, TV, internets, etc....so the question is.Is/has anybody put the 90 day theory of Mr Steve Harvey to actual use. BET AWARDS: How Full is the Cup

With less then 72hrs to completely flip their plans. The unrealistic optimist would expect the perfect MJ Tribute show. The Pessimist would expect more buffoonery and coonery. The realistic expectation was somewhere in the maybe. And that's what it was. Neyo did a great job capturing a fraction of M.J spirit while Tpain, Lil Wayne and Co. And the Un needed Baby Boy re enactment did remind us that this is still BET. But I can live with that.

BET was the guinea pig for award shows. With all the MJ tributes lined up, the the 1st one up fell upon one of the more polarizing networks yet what other station really had more genuine love for M.J then BET? All the other tributes will correct what BET didn't execute as well. Hindsight is 20/20 you know. But we got a chance to show love for one of our own.

Yes, we all have had Mike jokes, myself included ,but when its "game time" how do you present yourself? Are you the wise ass, slicc talker twitterer or do you bring some substance to the table in your words? I say that for anyone that can't take a degree of positivity in the fact that youngest sister Janet shared her thanks and grieved openly with us, then you do better. Don't talk about it be about it. Take the tools you have before you that you use to promote your sexual conquests, boast ya ego, push ya new "hot" mixtape, pretend to be the urban paris hilton or whatever nonsense you clutter the internets with and do something better.

As for me I give a degree of respect to BET. While admitting to some flaws, in a case of giving like this, its many times the thought that counts. I like to think of this cup as 1/2 full.

April Closing out.........Progress Report

Ok, ok there are roughly 4 more days left in April so lets me where I am currently in respect to my monthly goals.

Physically: My "Superhero" fitness program and the 100pushup challenge is going well but I've been slow to get my ab workouts going. With my June 15th target date. I don't have time to be lazy with that.

Financially: I canceled 1 of the phone lines that I really wasn't using any more and Geico just dropped my payments by about $50.Slow but steady progress. I'm falling maybe $20-$250 over what I wanted to spend this month not horrible but still room for improvement.

Mentally: About 60 pages left to read in the Aprils Book but a May book of the Month hasn't been selected yet so I'll have to get up with Mz. J and figure that out.

Personally/Socially: Local gatherings with the fella's. Nothing major. NY hasn a habit of taxing your wallet to have some basic pleasure but hey you still gotta live life right.

April is finishing well but I see a number of improvement points for May.

Step Yo Game Up: Dell Shipping Dept. Guy

OK first off I'm glad for the speed with which Dell processed my order so that a positive BUT as you can see above they put my Blu Tooth Acessories and my new web cam in this big ass box and as you see there is no bubble wrap, no supportive cardboard insulation, no nothing.You can literally shake the shit out of this box and damage everything into. Come on now. You know who ever was putting my order together ran out of smaller boxes, didn't want to want across to get more and just put my items in this over sized box.
