No One Way To Success....

I can't remember when a day has gone by that business thoughts haven't filled my mind. It's the core of what I'm focused on and where I what to be. Be it within the Nomadness Tribe, The Omega Nexus or other side ventures I've been blessed to be introduced to a number of ways to make business work. I'm proud to be a part of the next era of transitional young business folk. We're a group breaking free from the belief that the path to success and is only attainable via the road though college degrees and 9-5 jobs. Now while many have come to detest this ideology I make sure not to get to a point of speaking down on those that do pursue this way and who generally like it. As the number of entrepreneurs in my circle increases I often remind folks that not everyone is you. Not everyone is supposed to create and run their own business.

For as many people as I know doing these new exciting things professionally, I know just as many that are perfectly happy with a 9-5 in a field they like and rising their family. We need to be sure not to speak in a condescending manner or indirectly shame those that aren't doing what we do. They are often our biggest supporters. Many speak on society and use terms like "sheep" when in truth many of us come from "sheep" ourselves. They are the parents that came to the U.S and built the life that produced this generation of trend setters, often with multiple 9-5/mainstream jobs.  That's the balance we need. Creators of all kinds and consumers to support them.

I feel that your drive and goals should define you. Yet understand that those goals and how you go about getting them only apply to you. There are many ways to get it. There is no 1 definition of business these days and more importantly there are many, many roads to happiness.  

Time & Money

As you get older things get much more straight forward, much more black and white. You get a clear understanding of people and what they are about. Good, Bad & Ugly you see it and it's on you to deal with it because odds aren't in your favor of them changing.

It sucks when folk can get their money up for alcohol & drugs not remain silent as you try to bring positive direction to the people. Oh well, this just aint for everyone. I'll never speak on everything I see, hear and know but be clear that I'm aware.....I'm always aware.

Every Woman is NOT Mother Material

You ever see something that makes you sorry for someone and you so wish you could help them. Was in the BX briefly last night and a "mother" is pushing a stroller down the side walk and screaming at the other kid with her who didnt appear to be doing anything.

"Shut your f**king mouth before I beat the S**t out of you".

Kid must have been no more then 5-6 yrs old. About 4 other people stopped and looked as she passed by screaming. And to confirm that it wasn't just her having a bad moment. As I went back in that direction to the car she was "talking" to a friend and I have to say she may have had the filthiest mouth I've heard in life. I can only cringe at what these kids must go through......

Who Needs Control....

It's always cool to catch up with out of town pals and grab a bite to eat with some nice adult beverage. Listening to some of stories of what she had been going on in her life wasn't exactly the most positive news but the decision was made to enjoy the present moment, health and good company.

With her traveling partner holding up the room the we elected to just chill in the hotels lower level that had a nice little seating set up. Soooo, the convo continues.......about what I can't even remember. The prevailing thought was that something more interesting needs to happen. Leaning in for a kiss caught her off guard and captured the moment. Dipping in the adjacent room that fortunately was open, the kisses continued with no signal to stop from her. Slowly her hands and mouth trailed south. The eye contact complimented the oral performance well. It became all carnal instinct at that moment. Lips released me as she turned around to take up position for entry. The length of time was lost in the lustful episode...

We returned to our seats laughing a little bit and resumed more lighthearted chit chat....until another 10-15mins when I decided to set it off again. Rough and relentless again from mouth then to down south and back up top for the finish. Finally, as we sat and laughed the desk clerk on duty popped in to see what was up. The show was over but we took that the clue to call it a night. There isn't reason to everything in life. Sometimes IT just has to happen. How we all deal with this energy is an individual and personal thing but I've heard quite a few tales of when control is thrown out the window....and folk by majority call it some of the most fun they ever heard.

I find it interesting how quickly the race angle gets thrown at minority celebs similar to Lebron's post "decision" tweets, as if that's the only thing an everyday lowlife could hurt a person with.
