These among other things were some of the comments in result to the victory of Zeta Tau Alpha in the Sprite Step Off Competition in Houston. Clearly influenced by the masses of sore ass losers Sprite released a Facebook statement:
After the National Finals Competition this past weekend in Atlanta wrapped, we got together to do our post-competition review and found a scoring discrepancy in the sorority results. After looking at it and looking at it AGAIN, we determined there isn’t a definitive resolution.
Sprite is all about preserving the honesty and integrity of this competition. Because the scoring discrepancy can’t be resolved and due to the really tight margin between the first and second place sorors, we feel that the only right thing to do is to name both Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Tau Chapter & Zeta Tau Alpha, Epsilon Chapter, co-first place winners of the Sprite Step Off.
With these revised results, we’re gonna increase Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Tau Chapter’s scholarship prize to $100K, consistent with what Zeta Tau Alpha also got for their first prize winnings.
So instead of the girl that won really owning the 1st place position it's now shared?Bullshit! I know Zeta Tau Alpha won't want to make waves over this but I'd be tight. Dont pull the race card just cuz they stunted on y'all. Step yo game up!!!!
Peep this.I LOVE my people, culture and what we've brought to the world but it's not an exclusive thing. As the link below touches on, to "own blackness" isn't to hide it in a closet where only a few can experience it. It must be shared as a testiment to who and what we are. He was in jail for drugs(got caught on I-70 outside st. louis w/ 5 bricks in the trunk).

This is gonna end so bad.
They live in a $400,000 crib that's in HER name. I already see where this is goin'. My boy's gonna have to find another place to stay because his days are numbered there. Her and that jailbird niqqua didn't end on bad terms. He agreed that she could see other niqquaz and didn't have to wait on him. My niqqua was basically just a replacement til dude came home.
I wish one of my boys WOULD play themselves like this.

Nerd Moment: Superman's Debut = $1 Million
NEW YORK – A rare copy of the first comic book featuring Superman sold Monday for $1 million, smashing the previous record price for a comic book.
A 1938 edition of Action Comics No. 1, widely considered the Holy Grail of comic books, was sold from a private seller to a private buyer, neither of whom released their names. The issue features Superman lifting a car on its cover and originally cost 10 cents.
The transaction was conducted by the auction site ComicConnect.com. Stephen Fishler, co-owner of the site and its sister dealership, Metropolis Collectibles, orchestrated the sale.
Fishler said it transpired minutes after the issue was put on sale at around 10:30 a.m. Eastern time (1530 GMT). He said that the seller was a "well known individual" in New York with a pedigree collection, and that the buyer was a known customer who previously bought an Action Comics No. 1 of lesser grade.

Elijah Fields was a member of the University of Pittsburgh's football team until Wednesday, when he was dismissed for disciplinary reasons.
Pittsburgh coach Dave Wannstedt declined to specify why Fields was kicked off the team, but as Every Day Should Be Saturday notes, the senior posted some unusual photos to Twitter recently. Along with pictures of shoes and shopping bags, there are three shots of obscene amounts of cash, neatly wrapped with rubber bands.
Fields added helpful commentary to two of the images, writing, "More to Come and Its Mine BITCH Burrr" and "Never knew Football was gon get me all this money Sike I Knew haha." Now that he's no longer on a football team, it may be some time before football gets him any more money.
So the urge to stunt online to people you don't even know costs another young man a potentially profitable career.

Dubbed Crabzilla, his front feeding limbs are more than 5ft (1.5m) long and end in big claws.
The Sea Life Centre will be his home until the end of March when he will be taken to his permanent home in Belgium.
The crabs are commonly found in the Pacific in 1,000 ft (300m) deep waters but have been known to live deeper.
Curator Graham Burrows said: "It is rumoured these crabs can grow as big as four metres, big enough to straddle a car.
"He will absolutely dwarf the other crabs in there, but he's not aggressive and they should have nothing to worry about."
The crustacean has been flown to the UK en route to a permanent home in Belgium from Japan and has been quarantined in Dorset.

Not liking what I see...............
I'm scared for the youth......they are losing any and all understnading of the word "privacy"........there are no "thoughts" only tweets and posts.....I truly respect the silent so much more.......I'm nervous for a lot of the decisions my people are making.......I make me appreciate others so much more.......I'm losing to the ability to feel sorry for many people.......we have more control over life then we own up to......if you want it you get it period.Thats universal.....this yr will be one of MANY decisions on many levels.......Statistics are growing.Ugh......watching N.J.......just act out of character one time place.surprise me dammit.......never trust a big butt and smile.lol......It oversaturated and juvenile now but I miss Myspace.......Sundays wedding was big for many reasons........Trying to containment this "energy".......fitness 2010 is going very well.....birthday prep time is pretty much here.......Ink,Ink,Ink, that tattoo needle please.......Up until recently I worked a full time job and a 12-4am night hustle in other words you get no sympathy from me.......it would seem that the interest in blogging is leaving many people.......I'm missing Miami greatly.....
